CR PLASMA Oxy Acetylene Cutting Machine

The CR PLASMA system has all the required control capacity to fully manage an Oxy Acetylene cutting head. The controller can run a dual process head by switching between a plasma process and an Oxy process in the one system. Typically Oxy cutting comes into its own on much thicker steel parts where the power required to run a plasma becomes prohibitive to its installation and cost to run

Specifications

OXY FUEL cutting head

Controller can program and control pressure and timings of the gas flows into the Oxy system to optimise cutting

Capacitive height Control

The system has an optional capacitive height control sensor system to allow fully auto height control regulation when the cutting process is active and the Oxy head is in motion

Twin process

The CR PLASMA controller allows two Z axes to be controlled on the one machine. The software can switch between Oxy cutting and plasma cutting. The two Z axis simply switch pending which ptocess is active.
