This system has a 2500mm stroke capacity on the bridge. The machine can process parts up to 4000 x 2500mm in size.

The reason this system was viable as an alternative to subcontract laser cutting is due to the water mist process from the Thermal Dynamics power source. The water mist system enables an edge cut on the stainless that does not require the expected high cleaning level of an air plasma

Passively cooled high spec industrial windows 10 PC running the CR PLASMA Controller system. With the standard advanced operator features like - Snap to position, snap to start, cut recover, rip cut,. plate alignment, laser guided zero setting and other features - the system maximises the operators ability to produce product.
